BEFORE REAL ESTATE SALES:

Before getting into real estate sales, Michael had a corporate sales career in technology including software followed by corporate training and leadership development. Michael represented companies including Xerox, Lexmark, Computer Associates and Autodesk.
 
Michael’s approach to his real estate business is similar to his corporate background where you need to develop long term relationships and understand client needs.  Michael recognizes that people go through a process when buying or selling a home that involves time and different steps.

During Michael's corporate career, he was trained as a Coach to help clients achieve their goals. This orientation to his client’s agenda, confidentiality and goals serves him well in determining and understanding his client’s needs and wants.  A coaching relationship with a client is based on trust and confidentiality.  Real estate is the same. 

Michael’s interest in real estate started during his corporate career when he bought an investment property.  The interest has grown from there.
